If the agent or owner declines to supply documentation, or is vague about contract terms and pricing, proceed with caution. If it's too good to be true, it usually is.

Most nationalities get 30 days visa-exempt on arrival, extendable by 30 days at any local immigration office. The 60-day Tourist Visa (single or multi-entry) is the usual choice for stays of 1-3 months.
